1. About Us
This website is operated by Biostile Malta, official distributor of Biostile products in Malta.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment is received or approved (e.g. for Cash on Delivery).
We accept card payments, PayPal, or cash on delivery (COD).
All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available across Malta and Gozo.
Orders are usually delivered within 1–5 working days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect addresses.
4. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days.
Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
5. Product Information
All Biostile products are food supplements or cosmetics and do not replace medical treatment.
Always consult your doctor if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
